BoneZone® 3-Year Structural Component Warranty

BoneZone® is built to be a serious dog enrichment system, not a disposable pet toy. We have designed it for strength, outdoor use, repeated setup, and real-world chewing environments where dogs, bones, weather, dirt, slobber, and daily use are part of the job.

That said, no product used around dogs is indestructible in every situation. This warranty is designed to give you genuine confidence that we stand behind the working structure of BoneZone®, while also being clear about what is normal wear, cosmetic marking, misuse, or damage outside our control.

BoneZone FAQ

What exactly is BoneZone?

BoneZone® is the world’s first modular, hygienic, and scalable bone and treat anchoring system for pets. It features a precision-engineered Clamp-Post that secures bones in place, preventing mess, waste, or hazards.

It adapts to trees, poles, fences, or freestanding BasePads via interchangeable mounting systems. Future versions include smart upgrades like Wi-Fi cameras, motion sensors, and app-controlled engagement & monitoring.

BoneZone® is modular, customizable, and ready for both backyard and professional dog care environments.

Are bones safe for dogs & other pets?

Raw bones are widely recommended for dental/overall health, chewing enrichment, and stimulation when chosen appropriately for the individual pets breed / biting power / chewing habits & environment

Is BoneZone safe for all bones?

No product can make all bones safe for all dogs, at all times. We strongly recommend following your vet’s advice on which bones are appropriate for your dog.

BoneZone helps you control the way your dog interacts with those bones—slowing them down and keeping the bone in one place—but it doesn’t remove all risk.

What size dogs is BoneZone for?

BoneZone is height-adjustable and designed to suit everything from cats & small dogs to large working breeds.

The limiting factor is the size and type of bones you choose to use, which should follow your vet’s guidance.

Will BoneZone work for strong breeds?

Yes, absolutely. BoneZone was designed and tested with powerful breeds and serious chewers, and suits EVERY breed of dog/cat.

Can multiple dogs use BoneZone?

Yes. Many owners install multiple stations to prevent dogs competing for the same bone, however, with some training, pets can happily share a single large bone in a clamp, or a second jaw assembly can be attached to a single pole. Extra Jaw Assemblies can be added to your cart as an add-on product.

What types of bones does BoneZone support?

The types/shapes of bones secured by the clamp will depend on the pet itself, and the clamping profile selection.

The stronger the animal, the more chance it has of eventually removing the bone from the clamp. Phoenix, our Belgian Malinois especially enjoys raw large beef bones, chicken necks/legs/thighs/wings, Turkey necks/legs/thighs/wings, lamb shanks, certain brisket bones, large dried bones, and more.

Depending on the setup, we've successfully secured fresh road-kill in a multi-clamp arrangement whereby Phoenix took 4 days to render it. For working breeds, this is a very primal activity to observe.

Can I use BoneZone indoors?

Yes. BoneZone was designed outdoor-first, but because it keeps the bone in one spot, some owners may choose to use it in a controlled indoor area (e.g. on tiles or in a washable zone, or with mats). That’s your choice—our main design focus has been outdoor use.

Does the clamp have limitations?

Everything has limits. Our clamps are designed to support bones. The force a pet applies depends on the breed, bone, and set up choice.

A very large bone containing lots of meat on its ends, can create serious torque loads on the clamps components if the pet is allowed to play tug o'war. Our videos discuss and demonstrate these concerns.

How big is BoneZone? Will it be costly to ship around the world?

BoneZone comes 90% assembled in a box measuring 750mmL x 230mmW x 130mmH, (29.5"L x 9"W x 5"H) and weighs less than 2.5kg (5.5lbs).
