1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Petelli website (petelli.com.au) and your purchase of products from Petelli Ventures PTY LTD (ABN 27 608 758 729) ("Petelli", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
2. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) ("ACL") or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
3. Products and Pricing
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and pricing on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images or other content are error-free.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.
Payment must be made at the time of placing your order using one of the payment methods available on our website. We use Shopify's secure payment processing and do not store your payment card details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Australia. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@petelli.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petelli is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Petelli, its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our website.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
